After a marine licence is issued
We can vary, suspend or revoke a marine licence on various grounds. These include:
- a breach of any provisions
- a change in circumstances relating to the environment or human health
- an increase in scientific knowledge
- in the interests of safety of navigation.
We can also do so far any other reason that appears relevant to us.
